Residential -00.81%
ALL COMBINED +16.63%
While residential appears to be soft there are many "bright spots"
(i.e. areas with substantial increases), these include:

C5-City-W Main, N Milam-Morse +20.72
Sales volume ($$) for this same period has increased as follows:
