Brother Can You Spare $12,000,000

I submit this blog in a desparate appeal for someone out there to send me a cashier''''s check, money order or bank wire in the amount of $12,000,000.

No, this isn''''t one of those scam pleas from Nigeria, Sudan, etc. but rather a semi-serious plea to the big-hearted blogster community. See, there is a tremendous money-making opportunity in our area for anyone who has $12,000,000 and wants to turn it into $15,000,000-$16,000,000 within two years. It simply involves the purchase of a large, well-located ranch and it''''s subsequent subdivision into 50-100 acre "ranchettes" to sell to the city-folks in Austin/San Antonio/Houston and Dallas. It''''s a slam-dunk (except for that pesky $12,000,000).
